KEEPSAKE(S) TO BE PRODUCED
One keepsake will be produced for those attending the SouthPole-sium—and perhaps more than one. What's certain at this stage is that Anne Fadiman has graciously agreed to allow us to issue to the attendees, as a separate publication, the chapter entitled "My Odd Shelf" from her book of essays published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux, Ex Libris; Confessions of a Common Reader. This charming piece tells of her collection of 64 polar books.
