Dear Antarctican,
This e-mail is going out to over 150 people (see names below) who might be
interested in knowing about and perhaps attending a gathering in Jaffrey, New
Hampshire, over the weekend of 15-17 June 2012.
This gathering will focus primarily on 1) the Antarctic and 2) Books.
Likely attendees will be Antarcticans who are book collectors, librarians, archivists, writers, publishers or historians.
Attendance will be limited to 100 but preferably the number will be less so as
to encourage participation by all.

Many of those below will have little or no interest in this, and are unlikely to attend. For others, because of distance, attendance will be impractical. Nonetheless, even if you have no interest in attending, I would welcome your comments and suggestions.
