The The Little America Times was a newsletter issued not in Antarctica but in New York City during Richard Byrd's second Antarctic expedition (1933-34).

A complete run of the Antarctic newsletter from Little America. August Horowitz, founder of the American Polar Society, recorded radio transmissions from Admiral Byrd's base on the Antarctic continent using a dictaphone in his Long Island ofice, where his secretary typed them up to be mimeographed and sent to subscribers. This volume comprises 18 issues of the Byrd section and 13 issues of Ellsworth section; it is numbered 78 of an unspecifed limited run, likely under 200 copies. Renard 744.
Quarto (280 x 215 mm). Illustrated title, numerous in-text illustrations. Black pebbled cloth (light wear to extremities). Provenance: George Frost Murphy (1918-2001, a polar explorer traveled to the Arctic with Commander MacMillan; signature and bookplate) – Gaston Renard Fine and Rare Books.
